Green Light is delighted to offer an online interactive session to raise awareness of mental health. The course, developed by Mental Health First Aid England, addresses what mental health is and how to challenge stigma. It provides a basic knowledge of some common mental health issues and serves as an introduction to looking after your own mental health, maintaining wellbeing, and instilling the confidence to support someone in distress or who may be experiencing a mental health issue.

Number of Participants
We limit numbers to 25 people per course so that the Green Light instructor, who is fully qualified and certified by MHFA England, can keep people safe and supported while they learn.

Cost
MHFA England value this course at £125 (plus VAT) per person. Green Light offers the course at this rate. An additional £15 (plus VAT) is charged for the printing and postage of course materials, bringing the overall cost per delegate to £140 (plus VAT).

Cancellation Policy
As the half day courses are set up one month in advance, participation in the course is only confirmed once payment has been made. Registration fees are 100% non-refundable unless Green Light has to postpone or cancel a course.
